Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi from the album “Slippery When Wet” 1986 (info about song from en.wikipedia.org): If you’ve ever seen the TV show, “Deadliest Catch”, you’ll know this song quite well! I absolutely love it, and I hope that you guys will too! It has a very Country-esque vibe to it, and the lyrics are just genius! It starts with a nice guitar strumming, and then the soulful vocals start up. The overall tone of the piece is one that’s calm, but eerie. Tell me what you think of this piece in the comments section below.
A Hope in Hell by Glamour of the Kill from the album “Glamour of the Kill” 2008 Get ready to headbang! This epic Metal piece is incredibly energetic and filled to the brim with awesome guitar riffs. It starts with a face-melting electric guitar, and then the drums and bass guitar start playing. Surprisingly enough, for a Metal song the vocals aren’t the usual “death growl”, but sound powerful and emotional. This is a definite recommendation for any fans of Metal and Hard Rock. The screams during the chorus are very interesting, and really make this piece stand out. Tell me what you thing about it in the comments section below.
