Hello fellow Cicerones! It’s Thursday, and my Pub is open once again! I hope you guys are ready for some awesome drinks. Now, let me fix you up something special!

  • The Bate’s Special (Psycho Cocktail) 

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 oz. Milk
  • 2 drops grenadine

Directions: Add cinnamon schnapps. butterscotch schnapps, and milk to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 drops of grenadine.

  • Zombie Brain Hemorrhage (Zombie Cocktail)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Peach schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. Irish cream
  • 1/2 oz. Jager
  • Dash of grenadine

Directions: Pour peach schnapps into a shot glass. Using a bar spoon, layer the Irish cream on top. Drop a few drips of grenadine into the top so it pulls down the cream.

  • Do You Want To Play A Game? (Saw Cocktail)

Ingredients 

  • Raspberries
  • 1 oz. Heavy whipping cream 
  • 1 oz. Chambord
  • 1 oz. Vodka
  • Twizzler pinwheels

Directions: In an ice cube tray, add one raspberry for each cube then fill with water. Freeze. Muddle fresh raspberries in the bottom of a rocks glass. Combine heavy cream, Chambord, and vodka in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Add the raspberry ice cubes to rocks glass. Strain drink over ice. Garnish with a twizzler pinwheel.

  • Blue Mountain Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
  • 1/2 oz Tia Maria® coffee liqueur 
  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.

  • Midnight Mint Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
  • 3/4 oz white creme de menthe
  • 3/4 oz double cream

Directions: Rim a cocktail (martini) glass with sugar syrup then dip into chocolate flakes or powder. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well then strain into a cocktail glass.

  • Golden Almonds Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps
  • 2 oz almond liqueur
  • 3 oz milk

Directions: Stir ingredients together with some ice cubes in a collins glass, and serve.

  • Blue Heaven Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 cl amaretto almond liqueur 
  • 2 cl rum
  • 4 cl Blue Curacao liqueur
  • fill with pineapple juice
  • 1 slice pineapple

Directions: Pour the blue curaçao into the glass. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake amaretto, rum, and pineapple juice. Pour it in the glass and stir. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

  • Rye Sour Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1/4-3/4 oz sugar syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice

Directions: Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker.  Strain into a whiskey sour glass, add a cherry, and serve.

  • Egghead Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz orange juice
  • 1 egg

Directions: Add ingredients with 4 ice cubes to blender. Blend well, pour into glass with ice.

  • Dark Lord Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Black Haus® blackberry schnapps 
  • 1/2 oz cranberry juice

Directions: Mix all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a black olive.

Thanksgiving Cocktails

Hello fellow followers, and Happy Thanksgiving! For the holiday, I have decided to do some Thanksgiving cocktails. Now, let’s begin!

  • Manhattan Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 2/3 cup Noilly Prat Rouge vermouth
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 4 orange twists
  • 4 fresh cherries

Directions: Combine bourbon, vermouth, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass. Divide cocktail among 4 ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish each drink with an orange twist wrapped around a cherry.

  • Pumpkin Pie Alcoholic Shot

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream
  • 1/4 oz cinnamon schnapps

Directions: Slowly layer the ingredients in the order listed above into a large shot glass.

  • Zombie Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Bacardi®151 Rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz lime juice

Directions: Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a Collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint, and a cherry.

  • Pink Star Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1 oz Malibu® passion fruit rum
  • 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
  • 1/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2-3 dashes grenadine syrup
  • 1 splash Sprite® soda

Directions: Add all ingredients (except grenadine) to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add grenadine to achieve a light pink color. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
