Hello fellow Cicerones! It’s Thursday, and my Pub is open once again! I hope you guys are ready for some awesome drinks. Now, let me fix you up something special!

  • Jersey Lightning Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz apple brandy
  • juice of 1 lime

Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

  • Damage Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1 oz advocaat liqueur
  • 1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 4 oz lemonade

Directions: Pour advocaat, rum and vodka into a shaker with ice. Shake well, pour over ice in a highball glass, and top with lemonade.

Artillery Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp sweet vermouth 
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 2 dashes bitters

Directions: Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

  • Neckbrace Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 4 oz orange juice
  • slice orange

Directions: Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes. Garnish with an orange slice.

  • Banshee Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz creme de bananes
  • 1/2 oz creme de cacao 
  • 2 oz sweet creme

Directions: Combine ingredients with crushed ice in a mixing glass, then shake & strain into a cocktail glass.

  • War Cloud Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Bailey’s® Irish cream

Directions: Shake, strain into a cordial or liqueur glass , and serve.

  • Dark Eyes Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/4 oz blackberry brandy
  • 2 tsp lime juice

Directions: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into snifter.

  • Purple Kiss Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz creme de noyaux
  • 1 dash cherry brandy

Directions: Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and nerve.

Asher’s Pub Halloween Edition

Happy Halloween, everyone! On this special day, I’m sharing with you some Halloween Themed cocktails. I hope you guys are ready for a sweet treat. Now, let’s have a ghost of time!

  •  Bloodbath Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur 
  • 14 oz Cabernet Sauvignon red wine
  • 1 splash cranberry juice

Directions: Strain the Chambord over ice in a wine glass with the red wine. Add cranberry juice to taste, and serve.

  • Bloody Nightmare Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 7 oz cranberry juice

Directions: Pour the vodka, lime juice and cranberry juice into a Collins glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes. Stir, and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz apple brandy
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions: Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

  • Neon Ghost Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 cl vodka
  • 3 cl Pisang Ambon® liqueur

Directions: Shake with ice, and serve into a cocktail glass.

  • Banana Twist Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Captain Morgan® coconut rum
  • 2 oz banana liqueur
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1-2 cups crushed ice

Directions: Crush ice in blender. Mix alcohol in glass. Add ice, then fill with pineapple juice.

  • Vesper Cocktail

Ingredients 

  • 3 oz Gordon’s® gin
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz Kina® Lillet Blanc wine

Directions: Shake well until ice cold, strain into a deep champagne goblet. Add a thin slice of lemon-peel.
