Asher’s Jukebox Part 164

Time Flies by Porcupine Tree from the album “The Incident” 2009: This is an absolutely phenomenal  Rock piece that just makes you feel good inside. It starts with a very melodic guitar riff, along with a wonderful vocal performance and equally awesome drums. My best friend, Ben, showed me this piece 1 year ago, and I was immediately hooked! I highly recommend this piece to absolutely anyone who loves great music.

Asher’s Jukebox Part 147

Cirrus by Bonobo from the album “The North Boarders” 2013 (info about album from en.wikipedia.org) Are you guys ready for an incredibly ambient Electronic piece? I sure hope so! This piece is very beautiful, and you can easily fall asleep to the mesmerizing beat. It starts with a unique chime, and then the other instruments start to play. The song is best played with your eyes closed, so that the ambience will take over. Plus, the music video is created by one of my favorite animators, Cryiak Harris. I’d love to hear what you guys think about this piece, so be sure to leave a comment in the comment’s section below.

Asher’s Jukebox Part 138

Be Here Now by Ray LaMontagne from the album ” Till The Sun Turns Black” 2006: Are you guys ready for an incredibly sooting piece of music? I sure hope so! This is one of my favorite songs, and it’s amazingly unique in sound. It starts with a very beautiful guitar, and then Ray’s melodic vocals start up. His style is very hushed and wheezy in sound, however it really goes with the song. The overall ambience of this piece makes it an absolute joy to listen to. I hope that you guys will enjoy this piece as much as I did, so be sure to tell me what you think about it in the comments section below.
