Even More Creepy Pokedex Entries (Every Last Tuesday of the Month)

Hello fellow Pokemon Trainers! It’s Tuesday, and I have a special treat for you! Two weeks ago, I purchased the Ultra Sun and Moon Pokedex. The books keep getting bigger, and this one is no exception! This massive tome is a whopping 696 pages of everything Pokemon. As with every new game, the dex’s entries change, with some being hilarious, to others being downright terrifying. Now, let’s dive into the amazing world of Pokemon!

  • Phanpy Pokemon X Pokedex entry: As a sign of affection, it bumps with its snout. However, it is so strong, it might send you flying. (A nearly 2 foot creature can send you flying with its trunk? Jesus!) (It’s still cute as hell though!)

  • Drampa Pokemon Ultra Sun Pokedex Entry: If a child it has made friends with is bullied, Drampa will find the bully’s house, and BURN IT TO THE GROUND. (Some Pokemon have grudges, this one freaking commits arson!)

Carlson Mondays (Every Other Monday)

Hello fellow art lovers! It’s Monday, and you know what that means! Yes, it’s time for us to take a look at some more trippy art. Now, let’s begin!

  • Untitled by Larry Carlson 2008 Digital photography

This is another fantastic work by “Master Surrealist”, Larry Carlson. It’s a wonderful blend of Realism and Surrealism. The border surrounding the piece is a magnificent purple with snowflakes in various spheres. The center of the work has a strange female figure with a very pretty dress. Her head, however is a completely different story! It appears hollow, and instead of ordinary facial features, we see an orb of faces that seemingly goes on forever. I like the strangeness of the piece, and I hope that you guys like it too.

  • Sacred Feminine by Larry Carlson 2009 Digital Photography

This is an amazing piece by “Computer Guru”, Larry Carlson. It’s a rainbow explosion of colors and shapes that cause the view to go into a trance. The center of the work depicts a beautiful woman that appears to be in a state of pure jubilation. She is holding a strange female face in her arms that reminds me of a crystal ball. The rainbow streams of colors really add a magical feel to the painting. Tell me what you think of this piece in the comments’ section below.

More Crazy Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Art (Every Other Friday)

Hello fellow Duelists! It’s Friday, and you know what that means! Yes, it’s time for us to take a look at some more strange card art. Now, it’s time to duel!

  • Humpty Grumpty Zombie/Dark 3 Star Effect Monster Atk/1400 Def/0

WTF!! This is one incredibly ugly card! It’s pretty much a zombified Humpty Dumpty with a huge mouth, sharp teeth, wings, and a nose ring. The effect is pretty bad, due to its lack of defense. Prepare the nightmares!

  • Dokuroyaiba Fiend/Normal Fire Attribute Atk/1000 Def/400

I’m not going to “sugar coat” anything, this card looks freaking awesome! It’s pretty much a sentient boomerang with a skull face. There’s a lot of care put into the skull’s design, and it really looks threatening. Unfortunately, it’s measly stats make it quite hard to play in today’s meta.

  • India Love 98 by Larry Carlson 1998

This is a very old work by “Master Surrealist”, Larry Carlson. It’s an extremely gorgeous piece that focuses on exotic beauty and trippy patterns. The main focus of the work is the beautiful Indian woman that is in the center. She has a very calm expression, and her body is made out of various people. She’s surrounded by a trippy network of colorful spirals and shapes.

  • Untitled by Larry Carlson May 22 2017

This is an absolutely incredibly work by “Computer Guru”, Larry Carlson. It’s a rainbow-patterned outdoor piece that has some optical trickery. The forest is covered in a prismatic shine, and there’s a tiger hidden within the trees. The shine really gives the piece a glassy effect, and is guaranteed to impress any glassblower.
