• The  Top Real Name: Roscoe Dillon Status: Villain (Deceased) First Appeared: Flash #122 (1961) DC Powers: Generates and controls centrifugal energy by spinning at high speeds.

Roscoe was always obsessed with the spinning of tops. As an adult, he turned this obsession into a weapon gaining mastery of centrifugal force. This strangely increased his intelligence to extremely high levels. Unfortunately, the sudden intelligence burst granted him a weakness to the Flash’s speed force. This causes the villain’s brain to overheat, and he dies.

 

• Swarm Real Name: Fritz von Meyer Status: Villain Creator: Marvel First Appeared: The Champions # 14 (1977) Powers: Body composed of several hundred thousand bees, flight, Immunity to conventional attack

Fritz was a former Nazi scientist that began to study killer bees. While trying to create a device to control them, the bees attacked him. They tore the scientist apart, and his consciousness was transmitted into the swarm. Fritz goes on a villainous rampage, only to be stopped by the Greek god, Hercules.
