Hello fellow food lovers! It’s Friday, and you know what that means! Yes, it’s time to look at another tasty dessert. Now, let’s dig in!

  • Kolacz is a wheel-shaped pastry that comes from Poland. It was originally eaten as a wedding cake during the 13th century. However, as time went by, Kolacz began to be eaten around Easter and Christmas. It is a flaky pastry that can be filled with apricot, nuts, poppy seed, sweet cheese, raspberry and prune.
