Hello fellow food lovers! It’s Friday, and you know what that means! Yes, it’s time to take a look at another tasty dessert. I hope you guys are hungry, because things are about to get “sweet!”

  • Kue bugis is a very interesting dessert that comes from Indonesia. It’s a green, gluttonous rice cake that’s made with with coconut milk, sugar, and salt. The filling is made from grated coconut  and palm sugar. However, variations of this dessert use rice flour or pandam. They’re usually found around Indonesian marketplaces.
