- Bo Bia is a very interesting food that comes from Vietnam. It’s a special type of roll that’s made with rice paper, dried shrimp, noodles, basil, lettuce, red Chinese sausage, jicama, pickled carrot, radish, and peanuts. It’s usually served as a street food, and can be found all over Saigon.
- Chivito al Pan is a very hearty dish that comes from Uruguay. It’s a steak sandwich on steroids, and is also the country’s national speciality. It starts with two pieces of bread that are covered in mayonnaise. Next, it gets stacked with grilled steak, fried egg, bacon, and mozzarella cheese. You also get tomatoes, lettuce, and red peppers. This sounds amazing, but heart attack inducing!
