More Strange Creatures From Around The World

Good evening everyone! It’s Tuesday, and you know what that means! Yes, it’s time to take another look at some strange creatures. Now, let’s get started!

  • MY EYES! The Red spitting cobra (Naja pallida) is a very dangerous snake that lives in Africa. (en.wikipedia.org) It can group up to 4.9 ft in length, and has a very scary way of defending itself. (en.wikipedia.org) When the snake feels threatened, it can spit venom up to 6ft in the air. (amnh.org) If the venom gets in the victim’s eyes, it can cause permanent blindness. (amnh.org)

  • Awesome! The Leafy seadragon (Phycodurus eques) is one of the coolest creatures of the sea. It can be found in the southern and western coasts of Australia. (en.wikipedia.org) They’re masters of disguise, and can use their leafy protrusions as camouflage. (en.wikipedia.org)
