- Burn Baby Burn! The Wa nyudo is a very creepy and dangerous creature of Japanese folklore. They are depicted as a giant scary man’s head that is trapped within a wheel of hellfire. (yokai.com) They are minions of Hell, but spend most of their time on Earth. (yokai.com) The Wa nyudo relishes in inflicting pain on others, and is in constant pain itself. (yokai.com) The only way to stop a Wa nyudo is to decorate your house with pray beads and to not make direct contact with it. (yokai.com)
