Strange Instruments (Tuesdays)

Welcome back to the awesome world of music. I always find it so interesting that so many contraptions can produce sound. This post is about all things musical and strange. Every Tuesday, I will be adding a new strange instrument to the list. Tell me what you think in the comments section below.

  • SWEET RAVE PARTY! Light Harp: The Light Harp is one amazing instrument. It has 32 “light-sensor virtual strings.” (oddmusic.com) Despite that it doesn’t “produce sound itself, it controls synthizers and computers during performances.” (oddmusic.com) The Light Harp that is used today was invented by famous “Tasmanian leather artist, Garry Greenwood.” (oddmusic.com) It is, in my opinion, one of the coolest musical marvels of all time.
